Charging Issues
On the rare occasion some rings may have charging issues on the first charge. Please move the position of the cable around, once the smart ring receives its first charge the charging issues will generally subside. There will be no refund offered with this issue as it can be resolved.
2. Refunds for Change of Mind Purchases
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review product details and ensure that the Elos Smart Ring meets your needs before making a purchase.
